Feeling irregular? The goal is to have 2-3 bowel movements a day for optimum health. A healthy consistency is that of peanut butter or soft serve ice-cream. Best if taken with food, during or after dinner. *Not a laxative or habit forming. 

Dosage: start with 1 capsule daily. Increase by only one capsule each day until desired effect is obtained. 

Organic or wild-crafted ingredients: Curacao and cape aloes, senna leaf and pod, cascara sagrada bark, ginger root, barberry root, garlic and cayenne pepper.
